About Wendi

Wendi has over 20+ years of legal experience with a focus on workers’ compensation matters. She began her career at a defense litigation firm handling various personal injury and asbestos claims. She later transitioned to a small plaintiff’s firm and handled diverse personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. 

Having spent the last 21 years working as in-house counsel for two large insurance companies representing employers in workers’ compensation matters, Wendi’s experience provides comprehensive knowledge of the claims process utilized by insurance companies, contributing to favorable outcomes for her clients.

Wendi serves as a volunteer arbitrator for the Supreme Court of New Jersey District IIIB Fee Arbitration Committee and serves on the committee of a local charitable organization. Admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Wendi graduated from Rutgers School of Law- Camden in 1997 and graduated magna cum laude from Temple University in 1994 with a B.A in psychology.
